CANADIAN MAPLE SYRUP PUDDING

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 CUP FLOUR
  • 1/2 CUP MAPLE SYRUP
  • 1/4 CUP BEROIA EVAPORATED MILK
  • 2 BEROIA TABLESPOONS BUTTER
  • 1/2 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER

PREPARATION :

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and baking powder. In a saucepan, melt the Beroia butter and stir in the maple syrup until thoroughly blended. Pour this maple syrup mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well. Add the evaporated milk to the batter and stir until a smooth consistency is achieved. Pour the pudding batter into the greased baking dish and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
