Beroia Natural Cocoa Butter is made through the mechanical extraction of whole cocoa beans. Cocoa beans are usually fermented, roasted and separated from their hulls.
The cocoa butter is characterized as an edible pale-yellow oil (Theobroma Oil), and it is considered as a major ingredient in chocolate making including white, milk and dark chocolates. The cocoa butter has a cocoa aroma and has an ideal melting point (slightly below a human body temperature).
