Cocoa Mass

Beroia Cocoa Mass is made through the mechanical extraction of whole cocoa beans, which turn semi-solid in form. Cocoa beans are usually fermented, dried, roasted and separated from their skins.

Cocoa mass can be either natural by its characteristics or alkalized through additive agent such as potassium. It is considered as a major ingredient in chocolate making including white, milk and dark chocolates.

Applications: Chocolates, Confectioneries.

Packaging:  25kg in Poly Line Pack and Corrugated Carton Box.

Shelf Life: 24 Months.

Storage Conditions: Below 20 °C and humidity below 60%, in original packing away from direct sunlight and strong odors.
